MARCO DE IESO
Marco De Ieso is an Italian fashion photographer who has worked and collaborated with many agencies and luxury brands. He has also been recently involved in interior photography for many architectural firms.
Born in 1998 in Perugia, Italy, from an early age he developed a great interest and passion for archival images that represented scenes of everyday life set in his hometown, Panicale. The rural context and popular traditions together with a strong attachment to family and origins are both the main elements of his photographic storytelling and the main influences of his photographic projects, both personal and on commission.
But what certainly influenced him the most was Italian auteur cinema, in particular having seen films of Pasolini, Olmi, Antonini and Taviani Brothers. At the age of 17 he met professional photographers thanks to whom he was able to develop advanced photographic techniques and improve his compositions.
In his photographs he researches and investigates the relationship between man’s daily actions and the territory he lived and continues to live in, for this very reason his photography is also conceptual and more contemporary.
